"Where's The Beef?" — Sausage Making in New Hampshire

Want to enjoy making your own homemade sausage?

Learn how to process the meat by grinding, seasoning, and stuffing the meat mixture into casings. Recieve information on the different cuts of meat that can be used in sausage making. We will end the workshop by cooking and tasting our handmade sausage.

REMICK MUSEUM OFFERS ANNUAL FAVORITE, SAUSAGE MAKING, SATURDAY, MARCH 1, 2008, 10AM- 12 NOON.
 
Workshop fee is $20.00, and pre-registration is required. The workshop is for adults; young people ages 16 and older are welcome with an accompanying adult. Call the Museum to register at (800) 686-6117 or (603) 323-7591.
